What Can We Do In The Snow?
Example of the Book- "I said, We can slide in the snow". I said, "We can make a fort in the snow."

*Play Go Fish with two sets of the sight word cards
Math this week
Objective- Identify the different parts of a calendar (months, year, day)
At home ida- Have your child use his/her calendar and have him/her find the day of the week a date lands on. (Ex. January 9th is a Sunday and January 5th is Wednesday.)
Objective- Use objects to represent and count the quantities 11 through 20.
At home idea- Have your child draw dots to show 14. Then have him/her draw dots to show 20.
Objective- Recognize and write the numerals that describe the quantities 11 and 12.
At home idea- Draw a group of 11 snowmen and a group of 12 snowmen (or any object he/she enjoys drawing). Ask your child to count the groups and write the numeral beside the groups.
