Book Share
Books may be taken to Mrs. Paris' room at your discretion, she will have bins outside her door. Students do not get these books back, and they do not 'get anything' for bringing them. During Reading Week, students will be able to come down to the gym and borrow from the books donated.

Number Bracelets

Description
Number bracelets provide concrete practice for determining all the combinations of each number from 1 to 10. This ability to compose and decompose numbers in a variety of ways lays the foundation for fluency with addition and subtraction facts.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a DIY project and additional materials (chenille stems/pipe cleaners, beads, sticky labels)n practice with the number bracelets

Your child can move the beads on the bracelets and verbalize the different combinations.

Example: 3 is 0 and 3,     3 is 1 and 2,

  3 is 2 and 1,     0 and 3 is 3

Merry Christmas

I know this is a crazy time of year, but there are so many fun things I want to do with the kids. I would love to make them taste a variety of different colored apples, make homemade applesauce, have a cookie exchange, and decorate gingerbread cookies. If you would be willing to help with any or all of these activities, I would really appreciate the help.

Bring all your supplies you offered to bring by Tuesday, December 17th
